Peter, as an engineer and technology management consultant, has developed innovative and cost-effective solutions for clients in many fields. His project management credentials provide the foundation for his results-oriented approach to successful project outcomes. He is a master facilitator and is responsible for the unique TMC style of stakeholder workshops. These workshops are a key to unlocking stakeholder knowledge that often goes beyond what they thought themselves capable, while building enthusiasm for the planned technology changes. His Business Continuity training enables him to quickly assess an environment and identify failure points, often failure points that have never previously been identified. Peter has led teams of up to 30 members.
